Good drainage around your home is extremely important. Excess water buildup can cause mold and mildew, brick discoloration, wood rot, foundation shifting and cracking, grass decline, and mosquitoes. Proper drainage is also an important element in a landscape. Too much water can kill sensitive plants and can cause numerous plant diseases. Peppy’s Developments has years of experience with diagnosis of drainage issues, and recommendations for solutions.

Drainage systems can range in technique depending on the application best suited to correct the water problem. A solution may include a catch basin, channel drain, dry creek bed, French drain, berm, retaining wall, sub-surface drain with a sump pump, ground leveling and/or a culvert. Not only do we install the proper drainage solution, but, if applicable and desired, we’ll beautify it with landscape or hardscape.
